Full Layer Depalletizing and Palletizing System

Kaufman Engineered Systems KDPal K5P robotic depalletizing system removes and stacks dunnage, including top frames, tier sheets, and pallets, using our exclusive K5 end-of-arm tool. Full layers of plastic containers are depalletized with the assistance of an automatic tier sheet gripper, which holds the tier sheet in place during the pick process. A full layer of plastic containers is placed onto a mat-top conveyor, where they exit to be processed for filling.

After the filling process, the containers are packaged in a bundled tray to be palletized. A Kaufman-designed roller infeed system aligns and presents the bundles to be palletized by the Kaufman KPalS robotic palletizer, which uses a spatula end-of-arm tool to pick and place the bundles.

The finished palletized load exits to a Kaufman Engineered Systems model Expa-15 automatic stretch wrapper, where the load is wrapped and ready for pickup.
