Kaufman Engineered Systems’ stack and wrap palletizing system has the versatility of 3 separate palletizing modes. The 1st option is palletizing in position one prior to the stretch wrapper, 2nd is palletizing in position two in the stretch wrap zone, which wraps intermittently as the unit is stacked for optimal load stabilization control. The 3rd option is palletizing in both positions one and two, to maximize system efficiency.

With the utilization of automatic adjusting conveyor side guides, product changeover is effortless for multiple product SKU sizes. Integrating a FANUC 410-iB robot and a Kaufman exclusive EXPA turn table stretch wrapper, cases can be palletized and stretch wrapped simultaneously for securement and overall system efficiency. With the use of a chain lift transfer conveyor, the load is conveyed out of the wrapping cell for distribution.
